As a customer of this company, I must say that my experience with them has been fairly average. 😐 Their website is user-friendly and provides lots of useful information about their programs. However, I found the communication from the company to be somewhat lacking. 🙄 It took them quite some time to respond to my inquiries, and even then, the answers were not always clear or helpful. 😕 Additionally, the application process was a bit confusing, with some required documents not mentioned until later stages. 😩 Nevertheless, once I was accepted into the program, the support and guidance provided were decent. 🤔 Overall, I feel that there is room for improvement in terms of communication and organization. 😐👍
