I recently used Medeanalytics' services and I have to say it was an average experience. The website was easy to navigate, but I felt that the customer support was lacking. The rate at which my issues were resolved was less than satisfactory. Overall, I would say that Medeanalytics is an average company that could use some improvement in their customer service.
