When you enter IZ it's hard not to notice two 3 gallon containers that dispense cold red and blue juice-like you see at a 7-eleven or the local movie theater-sitting at the end of the counter where a welcoming staff member is there to greet you. But this juice is actually the latest pre-workout amino acid energy drink and this is important to know because, you see, IZ consistently attempts to push the boundaries in creatively differentiating itself from other high end fitness centers. Just browse through the website that lists all the myriad of amenities including 2 indoor turfs, basketball court, powerlifting dedicated area, cycling/yoga studio and boxing heavy bags and I will tell you now it's just as good as advertised. IZ in all likelihood has the best and latest fitness equipments catering to all the latest trends because ownership consistently updates the facility. Every 2 weeks or so they are bringing in new equipment-some admittedly bizarre looking ones-and the entire IZ staff have monthly meetings to make sure all of them know how to use them. IZ clearly prides itself in being the best and this is evident by the walls filled with photos and testimonials of professional athletes and celebrities who have worked out here or currently train here. Yes, all of this is very intimidating and off-putting for some but if you are willing to challenge yourself, look for a young, kind, attractive red-headed trainer named Aga who will make all of this less scary and show you how to really exercise and train. I highly recommend Impact Zone.
