I have been a customer of Fay Servicing for a couple of years now, and my experience with them has been quite average. Their customer service is decent, and they have been able to resolve any issues I've had in a timely manner. However, I have found their website to be a bit confusing at times, and their fees are a bit high compared to some other companies. Overall, I would rate them as average.
