The business hours say closes at 4pm. I arrived around 3:30pm thinking enough time. After line, it was 3:50 when I got to the window. There were 3 windows, but only 1 clerk. I was told to come back the following day because she wasn't able to go into the "records room "after 3:45pm. Hmmm, the closing time is 4pm. Without arguing, I will follow her recommendation since I have no choice. Hours should just say office closes at 3:45pm. Do wish my office worked on same principal. If someone steps their foot through the door 1 minute before closing, we must assist them. No biggy, I'll see how it goes tomorrow.
