I've been using Pronovalg for a while now, and I have mixed feelings about it. On one hand, their products are good, and their website is easy to use. On the other hand, their customer support can be quite slow at times. Sometimes it feels like they're not really interested in helping their customers. Overall, I would say it's an average company.
