I've been attending Pilates Institute Birmingham for a few months now and I absolutely love it. The instructors are top-notch and really know their stuff. They create a welcoming and inclusive environment where everyone feels comfortable. The variety of exercises keeps the classes interesting and challenging. I highly recommend this studio!
