The car rental service provided by Groupe etoile routière was satisfactory. The website was easy to use and the booking process was straightforward. However, the car I rented was not in the best condition. There were some minor issues with the interior and the overall cleanliness could have been better. Nonetheless, the staff was friendly and I had a decent experience overall.
