NO means "no"

I booked an appointment for a partial foil and cut. The stylist called me back "suggesting" a full foil foil saying "it is only $40 more." Because I liked the stylist, I agreed. This was a mistake. I received an email of their rigorou$ cancellation policy. I cancelled requesting no further emails. I was very leery of returning to this salon. Despite my email saying, "please no emails," I received TWO from LINDSEY LOVETT. They were negative. I contacted Montgomery Cty Dpt of Aging and the Better Business Bureau this morning. This salon does not suggest. This salon actively pressures clients to purchase both services and products they don't want and can't afford. This is both a high pressure and ethically questionable salon. Do not recommend.
