My experience with Hm Embalagens was satisfactory overall. The packaging materials I purchased were of decent quality and met my requirements. However, there were some issues with the delivery, which caused a slight delay in receiving my order. The customer service team was helpful in resolving my concerns, but I feel that better coordination is needed between the different departments. I would give them another chance in the future.
