I worked in the management capacity, and HABC is "THE WORST PLACE TO WORK". EXTREMELY POOR Leadership and the lack of care for the residents. Human Resources department lacks professionalism and confidentiality. The Office of Resident Services leadership (which bullies staff) is inexperienced as a lead manager, lack of professionalism (hanging out drinking with subordinates), and just down right ghetto.
HUD should definitely come in and clean house. What is the purpose for the Board of Commissioners...they are a joke.
Inspite of the chaos, I worked with some wonderful colleagues and staff.
