Very surprised to see the high praises for these people. They charge you just to show up, without telling you there is an additional charge to diagnose the problem I paid these people over $200 just to tell me my furnace was old and should just be replaced. But Surprise!! The guy I just paid can t tell me what the new furnace would cost. I would need a separate appointment with a salesperson to quote me a new furnace. Then they tried to sell me some protection plan that gives discounts for service calls. Glad I opted out of that, had someone else install a new furnace and I haven t had any reason to call them back in the last 2 years. But my 2 neighbors that (I can only speculate) are on that plan, have them out every month or so . Scam Artists is what they are.
