This place never hires anyone, especially without a diploma or at least a GED, it's very sad that "job privileges" have changed over the generations of humanity. Before the 90's, anyone could acquire just about any job that they desired but everything is about degrees and trade skills nowadays, how do people even come to mildly understand something when they are not given a proper chance.

2nd, this company is owned by a private shares firm known as HEICO and this company's motto is "we believe in the long-term success of of our organization" and you can cut out the rest of that sentence about talented people who support and lead their company because all this company cares about in the end, is their money...

If they really valued their workers or even humanity for that matter, then the Heico Companies of Chicago, IL should honor the people of Niles, MI by demolishing the "Old National Standard" that makes the entire stretch of Wayne St. look like a total hellscape, not to mention all the gang activity it brings to the area, being the highest crime zone in the whole city.

HEICO is scum of the Earth for blatantly ignoring requests to tear this building down for 2 decades or more, lying and saying that it's only been closed since 2010 when it was "abandoned" and "run-down" at least another 5 years before that or more. Also, threatening to pull more jobs that people are currently filling just because the city of Niles wants this building torn down is a pathetic act of escape.

You should not make money for a company that doesn't even care to clean up it's disgusting mess and threatens to lay workers off over all the requests to tear that dump on Wayne St. down. This whole company deserves to suffer financially for the crimes against humanity that it has invoked upon Niles, and surely National Standard #2 is going to go the same way as the 1st if HEICO refuses to respect humanity & civilization.
