The overall experience with Smartbox Entertainment was quite average. The website was visually appealing, but I found it to be slightly confusing to navigate. The range of games offered was decent, but I expected more variety. The customer service was satisfactory, although there were times when it took a while to get a response. In terms of pricing, I felt that some of the packages were a bit overpriced for what they offered. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I believe there is room for improvement.
