I had a mixed experience with Hd info. While their website hdinfohyd.in is informative and easy to navigate, their customer service needs improvement. The response time was slow and some of my queries were not addressed properly. However, once my concerns were escalated, the higher management promptly resolved the issues. Overall, my experience can be rated as average.
