This company is Terrible. They treat their workers like the dirt they walk on. But love to praise the providers who does ABSOLUTELY NOTHING but collect patients money. If you are a home Patient they CHARGE YOU $120 Visit fee every time they see you plus additional extra charges. Some POA s don t care just like dmhc doesn t. Patients will die trying to get in contact with the providers if something went wrong because the Organizers does not like to do THEIR Jobs.They love to play favoritism when it comes to who gets in trouble and who don t. I would never work for a company like this ever again in life. Home Health Team signs doctors orders for them without Doctors Approval s, They also tell the associates to tell Hospice and Different Home health Agencies that the providers will sign and send back PATIENT INFORMATION. That is a lie. People with ABSOLUTELY no credentials SIGNS ORDER FOR DOCTORS. Please do not let this company fool you. If you can RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Half of what this company does as a organization is ILLEGAL. Trust me What goes around comes back around 10 FOLD. And a place like this will never succeed. I m glad I left when I did because these people are a trip especially Joshua McLain Home health Supervisor could not even pass his Exam to get into NURSING School. He thinks he is a nurse. He even gives medication / Skilled nursing orders that Comes from him NOT THE PROVIDERS. People With NO CREDENTIALS MAKE THE decision for your mothers/fathers and love ones. Be careful who u trust with they care of a love one. These people don t care all they want is your money that s it. By the way this is a $16+ job. Pay your associates more then what you do. If the doctors Are not willing to do anything, At least give your associates some type of acknowledgment. But yet providers receive Lunches every month For doing nothing while the associates in the office get their Butts to kiss. You guys deserve more then what this company offers. Please do yourself a favor get in school and show them who s boss. Hey who knows you might be theirs one day. And that s when the tables will turn.
