I was here in 2005-2006. I got jumped and I was also punished and could not go on home visits for a month. other than that, this place really helped. I was diagnosed with bi polar here, something that had been missed for years prior. I excelled in my classes and actually was put into AP classes. I wish my home town school counselor didnt make me come back to school, they left the option up to him to keep me as out patient and still go to school. I ended dropping out. But I am grateful for my stay in St Anne's. Not only did they help me recognize my potential, but being diagnosed with bipolar changed a lot and I was able to get proper help. I am now 28, never have gotten into trouble, went through college, and am able to manage and live with being bipolar and not medicated. I have a lot of memories here I'll cherish for a life time!
