Anyone who truly knows me, knows my long-standing relationship with this establishment, which is why my assessment/review may catch a few off-guard. While the food may be delectable, sound, consistent, and effective customer service seems to be conspicuously absent from their lexicon. Usually, when these kinds of issues are brought to the proprietor s attention, he or she thanks you and makes a concerted effort to correct any perceived shortcoming (s). At present, that has not been the case. As a matter-of-fact, it comes across as though I am being avoided or that she is a bit pensive. As I have communicated previously. What YOU tolerate becomes YOUR standard! And what YOU ALLOW.....will continue! True and consistent support comes from Main Street.....not Wall Street!
