This was our first stay at this resort and the experience far exceeded our expectations. The reception staff were polite and helpful and the rooms were clean and well stocked. We had all the comforts of home' The three pools were great , clean and well kept. There were lots of activities for our boys to do. We had supper in the restaurant and the food was good ,priced reasonably and the service was excellent. We had two minor problems (of our own making ) Upon arriving we got the room key mixed up with the towel key card and locked ourselves out of the room. The staff were very helpful and quickly got us back into our suite. We also had a problem with the room safe and again security responded quickly and were able to solve the problem. Thanks to the security officer Josh for his help. He was polite and professional and arrived quickly . We will definitely be staying at this resort again and will recommend it to our friends
