I have been a customer of Simpler for a few months now and I must say, their service has been average. The website is easy to navigate and the prices are reasonable, but the customer support could definitely be improved. I've had a few issues with my account and it takes forever to get a response from their support team. Overall, I would rate my experience with Simpler as average.
