I paid for the crypto quarterly and there are two recommendations that are obsolete. I have emailed and called and received one response to do what they originally said but I it is still obsolete. I have called several times and even asked for a supervisor and was promised that I would get a call back within 72 hours and 48 hours. A week later I have heard nothing. This is the worst customer service I have ever had and they don t keep up to date with their recommendations which is a must in the cryptocurrency market. DO NOT USE THEM, there are much better values out there. I WOULD LIKE MY MONEY BACK.
