Dr. Lebovitz and his team always make me feel like...

Dr. Lebovitz and his team always make me feel like my concerns, symptoms, and questions are important and they take your pain as seriously as they would their own. From the moment you walk into their door, every person you speak to is kind, efficient, and helpful. Dr. Lebovitz removed a polyp from my vocal chords around 2013; I was young (21) and terrified. He made me feel so comfortable and relaxed while letting me know he understood my fear; he and his staff were there for me and supported me through the whole process. I continued to see Dr. Lebovitz after this surgery for other minor issues. Yesterday, amid a global pandemic, Dr. Lebovitz was able to fit me in to his schedule only 2 hours after my call to request an appointment. He saw me on time, as always. His staff checked each patient's and visitor's temperature and had hand sanitizer available and visible outside of the waiting room door. (Hand sanitizer was also available and visible inside the waiting room and office as well). All patients and visitors were required to wear masks and the staff assisted everyone by marking areas to stand near the reception desk. I was seen quickly and Dr. Lebovitz again made me feel incredibly heard, understood, and cared for. He immediately knew what the issue was after a simple physical exam and discussion. He always does a great job of giving me home remedies and alternative treatment methods when he feels they could resolve an issue without prescription medications or surgery first. He also gives me a plan of action in case the first line of treatment does not work. He is the type of doctor you love to see and you TRUST his judgment, his treatment plan, and him as a person because he treats every person as if they were his family. Thank you, Dr. Lebovitz! And thank you to the ENT and Allergy Team! I am sure I will be back. And I know that when I am, while I may be fearful when I walk in, I know that when I walk out, I will feel amazing because my doctor truly cares and is working to help me be my best, healthiest self.
