I have been a customer of Cctc inc for several years now, and I must say that their service is just average. The website is user-friendly but lacks some important features. The customer support is usually helpful, but there have been a few instances where they were not able to resolve my issues satisfactorily. Overall, I'm quite satisfied with their service, but there is definitely room for improvement.
