I have been a customer of Auto-Owners Insurance Company for a while now and I have to say that their service is average. They have always handled my claims and payments efficiently, but there is nothing extraordinary about their service. The website is easy to navigate, but it lacks some advanced features offered by other insurance companies. Overall, I would rate them as an average insurance provider.
