The Macaw Landing Foundation provides a decent service overall. The staff is friendly and helpful, but there is room for improvement in terms of efficiency and organization. I appreciate their efforts to protect the macaw population, but I believe they could be more transparent about their conservation strategies. It would also be great to see them offering more educational programs for visitors.
