I've been a loyal customer for decades. A few months ago they destroyed my favorite Tommy Bahama shirt. They strung me along for months saying they would reimburse me. Amy says they only issue checks on tuesdays. As of July, I still have not gotten a check or a reply. I think they are going out of business or else business is too good and they just don't need mine anymore.
