I had a mixed experience with Pimes. While their website was user-friendly and easy to navigate, the customer service was lacking. I had to wait on hold for a long time before finally speaking with a representative, and even then, they were not very helpful. The products themselves were decent, but nothing out of the ordinary. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
