I recently availed the services of a tech company for my project and I must say, I had a mixed experience. While the services provided were decent, I felt that there was room for improvement. The company had good technical expertise, but I found their customer support to be lacking. The project delivery was delayed, and there were some communication gaps along the way. Overall, it was an average experience.
