I had a slightly above average experience with ALPHA NATURAL RESOURCES INC. The company provided fairly good service, but there were a few areas where improvement could be made. I appreciate their commitment to safety and their efforts to minimize environmental impact. However, I found their customer support to be lacking at times. Overall, I would consider them an average company.
