I made an appt. yesterday for a 2:30pm Covid test ...

I made an appt. yesterday for a 2:30pm Covid test for today at the PPOA on Fletcher Ave. in Tampa. I notified them when I arrived (around 2:15pm) by phone (had to leave a message -- the phone goes straight to voice mail) and by email. After waiting over 30 minutes, I finally went inside and a clerk at PPOA told me that testing ends at 2:00pm. When I told her I had a 2:30 appt., she said that there was a 'communication problem' with the schedulers. I wasted over an hour when I was more than happy to pay for a test. I won't be going back or referring them to anyone.
