I had a mixed experience with the Baltimore County Bar Association. While their website is well designed and user-friendly, I found their customer service to be lacking. I had trouble getting a response to my inquiries and often felt ignored. Additionally, I found their rates to be higher than some other similar organizations. However, their staff was knowledgeable and professional when I did interact with them. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
