Once you understand that power lines need to be covered if you are working close to them and Powerline Utilities (PU) must do the covering then you will accept that PU will be in charge. The process was actually painless except for the cost but once you factor in the equipment and expertise involved and the fact that you are dealing with amperage that kill instantly you will leave the dangerous work to them. The office was very helpful and made the process of getting the coverage underway quicker than expected so I was pleasantly surprised. Also, when you have done it once the next time will be easier.
