I went in yesterday to see the doctor and found out that I had lost 6 additional pounds. He was proud of me and then the entire office offered their congratulations and said that I looked great. That really boosted my confidence and I am encouraged to continue this lifestyle change so I can be free. Thank you Dr. Oskin, Coach Maria and Dr. Hall!
