13 stripes is amazing in every aspect of the word. From the owners, the coaches, and the members. Everybody is friendly and motivating. They dont let you fail. A typical class starts full of smiles and laughter, then it gets serious. During a workout you might ask yourself why you are doing this to yourself. But when its all over, its all smiles and laughter and fist bumps. Its a perfect atmosphere for anybody!!!
