The customer service at Aviles Auto Insurance is average. The representatives are polite and try to help as much as they can. However, I wish they were more knowledgeable about different types of car insurance coverage. Sometimes, I feel like they are just telling me what I want to hear rather than giving me honest advice. Overall, they are decent.
