We recently booked a trip to stay in one of the homes. Unfortunately, a few of the occupants got tested the week prior and tested positive for COVID. We asked if we could change the date only because we don t want to go and the people staying at the house after us to become infected because Railey rentals stated they do not inform occupants that the previous renters had covid. They said they would not change the date for us. I then asked well is it ok if we still all go even with covid....They said that s perfectly fine to go and the cleaning people will deal with it. How will they wipe down a whole house with people infected before the next people come a few hours after???!!! Also, how can they not tell the people after us that the house has been exposed and they knew that it was going to be exposed and didn t stop us from going? VERY VERY upsetting in so many ways. If you are staying at these rentals please be aware that they have no intentions of telling renters about covid possibilities prior to you being there.
