This place is rediculous!! rude staff!!!

This place is rediculous!! rude staff!!!
they offer call back but then they don't call back! over 30+ min hold times "oh, we are busy this time of year" I'm sure you know what kind of volume to expect this time of year...get addequate staffing! we pay for this.
