When I first went into the store the service was great. The staff was helpful and they promised to call with an update on my phone in the next few days. A week and a half later and I still haven't received a call. I went to the shop finally and was told they weren't able to do anything. I don't mind that they couldn't fix my phone since I have a backup phone to use, but call and update the customer! Let me know so that I can look into buying a new phone rather continue waiting.
