Absolute nightmare!!!!!!!

Filled out ALL the forms (twice) in April last year. Over the next 8 months letters and more info requested.
Bank sent me copy letters they had sent to TCG asking for info but never contacted me. Told them the bank had phoned me asking questions and they told me to refer them directly to TCG.
Received more forms 8 months after start so phoned to find out what was going on and kept getting cut off.
In the end the bank phoned me direct in December and after an hour all sorted.
Payment received direct as a result but not because of their actions.
Contesting their request for payment for doing norhing. Will take to the Financial Conduct Authority. Absolute robbery just like the PPI you trying to claim back.
