I have had mixed experiences with Shands Lake Shore. While some staff members have been wonderful and attentive, there have been instances where I felt ignored or rushed. The facilities, however, are top-notch and always clean. The wait times can vary greatly, which can be frustrating. Overall, I would rate my experience with Shands Lake Shore as average.
