I recently used the services of this real estate company and found the experience to be average. The website was user-friendly, making it easy to browse through property listings. However, the communication from the agents was not as proactive as I had hoped. I found the overall service to be satisfactory, but I believe there is room for improvement in terms of customer engagement and follow-up. The agents were knowledgeable about the local market, but I think they could benefit from being more attentive to client needs. In conclusion, while my experience was not exceptional, it was also not entirely disappointing.
