I recently attended a retreat at Ayuryoga International and it was an incredible experience. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the facilities were clean and well-maintained. The yoga classes were excellent and the Ayurvedic treatments were incredibly relaxing. I left feeling renewed and rejuvenated. Highly recommended!
