The website was easy to navigate and had all the necessary information. However, when I reached out to them for assistance, the response time was disappointing 😔. The customer support team seemed overwhelmed and it took them quite a while to get back to me. When they finally did, the solutions provided were average at best 🤷‍♀️. It felt like they were just going through the motions without putting in much effort to truly understand and solve my problem. Overall, the experience was decent, but nothing outstanding. I expected better considering the reputation they seem to have. Hopefully, they can work on improving their response time and quality of service to truly meet the expectations of their customers.
