I visited Advanced Reproductive Concepts for fertility treatment. The experience was okay, but I expected more personalized care. The staff seemed a bit overwhelmed and didn't give me as much attention as I had hoped for. However, the doctors were knowledgeable and explained the process well. The facilities were clean and comfortable. Overall, it was an average experience, but I believe they could improve in terms of patient care.
