As a regular customer of Headquarters For Horticulture, I have had an average experience. The quality of their products is decent, but the customer service could be improved. The staff is usually helpful, but sometimes I feel like they could be more knowledgeable about certain plants. Overall, it's an okay place to shop for gardening supplies.
