Emailed them over a month ago for info, like their website recommended. Never got an answer. Family doctor put in a referral to the audiologist, waited a couple of weeks and no response. I called personally, they xfered me, phone rang and rang and rang, finally got the voicemail, left a clear, concise message. Still no response.

You claim to care about people's children but won't even respond to a message to tell me you're too busy to help my child? I'd figure maybe you could point me to someone who could help.

I'm extremely disappointed
