Took a long time to get the keys to the car. As many others have said, they tried to hard sell extra insurance with scary stories. Car was full of scratches and was not washed properly so I had to be quite pushy to make sure all the scratches were noted in the report and took plenty of pictures. On return the guy seemed very disappointed he couldn't find any new scratches so had to refund the most extortionate deposit I'd ever experienced (1700 euros). Having used a few other rental companies, I wouldn't go back to this one, Hertz remains the best in my opinion, none of this nonsense with scratches on the car.
