PATHETIC AND UNPROFESSIONAL!
The only reason I am providing this review is because I was forced by the company to provide a review to obtain my experience certificate which they never provided me despite multiple requests. A very unprofessional organisation to work with. The reviews provided are by own employees upon request from the management. HR is very unprofessional and rude and also has zero knowledge and qualification for the job. My overall experience with this company was disappointing due to the improper management and organization. No job security as well. Very much disappointed with Fractal.
