As a CUSTOMER, I had a pretty average experience with Bwc transport. The company website (bc-transport.co.uk) was easy to navigate, but the overall service was just okay. The delivery of my package was a bit delayed, and the communication from the company could have been better. However, the delivery driver was polite and professional. Overall, I would say the service was average.
