We called in early April to get a landscape project completed before Memorial Day weekend as we are having a Family Party.We received the estimate and gave our deposit.
We were told we cannot get on the schedule without a deposit
The Estimator called and said we were on the schedule for Monday May 20th .When we called back( to add to the project possibly) a few weeks later we found out we were never on the schedule and the estimator denied giving us the date.This is about plants and rocks and trees so it's not a life or death situation- but that level of unprofessionalism is disappointing.
They refunded our deposit upon our request so that was good,but we chose this Company based on name only which was not smart.We called a smaller company who we have worked with before and they are doing all of the work for us on time and for less money.
